Sam recently gave a talk on her work to engineer cell fate at The Next-Gen Stem Cell Conference in Saratoga NY, organized by Chris Fasano (Neural Stem Cell Institute) and Mark Tomishima (SKI Stem Cell Research Facility). The meeting is geared towards networking young investigators with graduate students, post-docs and senior investigators. In particular, Kristen Brennand (Ichan School of Medicine at Mount Sinai), gave a fantastic talk on her work to develop in vitro models for schizophrenia.
